THE NOAH INITIATIVE WAS FOUNDED IN MAY 2012, AND RELYS ON ECONOMIC IDEAS WHICH WERE SUBMITTED TO THE WOLFSON FOUNDATION, WHICH WAS AT THE TIME, SEARCHING FOR A QUICK AND HIGH-QUALITY SOLUTION FOR THE CURRENT ECONOMIC CRISIS IN ISRAEL. A CRISIS WHICH HAS FUNDAMENTALLY HARMED THE STRENGTH OF WESTERN ECONOMIES, ESPECIALLY THE YOUNGER POPULATIONS. VIA THE NOAH INITIATIVE WE HOPE TO BRING ABOUT A NATIONAL CHANGE IN DIRECTION IN FAVOR OF YOUNG ADULTS, WHICH WILL LEAD TO AN ECONOMIC GROWTH AS WELL AS TO A SOCIO-CULTURAL BREAKTHROUGH IN THE ENTIRE COUNTRY.

YANIV RIVLIN
Yaniv is a senior program manager at the Schusterman Foundation. As part of his job, Yaniv manages the fund's REALITY delegations, which are empowering hundreds of public opinion leaders from various fields to realize their leadership potential through a significant journey in Israel. Prior to joining the fund, he was co-founder of Comtribuite, a company that developed a free tool that helps nonprofit organizations raise funds and maintain online contact with users. He has extensive experience in the world of nonprofits - he was the ambassador of OneVoice, worked at the Jerusalem office of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedoms around the world, and also in the Israeli Knesset and the Israeli Embassy in London.

Wayne Godlin joined AllianceBernstein in 2009 as a member of the Municipal Bond Portfolio Management team.
He helps design and manage the firm’s municipal investment strategies and customized product solutions to serve the needs of financial advisors and clients. Godlin joined the firm with more than 26 years of investment experience, including 21 years with Morgan Stanley Investment Management, where he was head of the Municipal Bond team. Most recently, he served as chief municipal strategist and as a portfolio manager for the high-yield municipal fund at Van Kampen, an investment-management unit of Morgan Stanley. In the past, Godlin worked with Hanifen Imhoff in Denver, where he focused on structuring financing plans for new-issue and refunding transactions. He also served as a municipal research analyst in public finance with First Interstate Bancorp. Later, Godlin worked with American Capital Asset Management as a senior municipal credit analyst for high-grade, mid-grade and high-yield municipal credits. Tal is a female investor and social entrepreneur. She is the Investment Director at PICO Ventures where she helps Israeli tech companies scale globally and a Director at PICO Kids that develops and runs STEM education programs for children.
She co-founded both the Women's Parliament that focuses on inter-group relations and female leadership as well as KEN-S, an educational platform that transforms millennial education through international interdisciplinary learning experiences.
Tal is an international board member of AJC Access, has a B.A in International Relations and Asian Studies and was featured in Forbes 30 under 30 in 2017.

Prior to that he served as CEO of a residential and hotel complex called Andromeda Hill in Jaffa, and oversaw the process of building new apartments in the complex in various aspects such as construction, architecture, marketing, sales, regulatory approvals and other legal aspects. Lior is a certified public accountat with a BA in Law and Accounting from Tel Aviv University and has extensive experience in real estate, management, law and finance.

Tal is a former American-Israeli basketball player. Brody won the Israel Prize for "a special contribution to society and the state in body culture."
Brody served as chairman of the Jewish Agency's "Spirit of Israel" organization, and in July 2010 he was appointed "Ambassador of Good Will" by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In 2017 he received an honorary doctorate from Bar-Ilan University.
